A stuck car and a minor crash lead to DWI convictions and prison time following plea agreements with the Brazos County district attorney’s office.

46 year old Gregory Mogg of Magnolia admitted to his sixth DWI. He has been in jail since his arrest in March of last year when he drove off Wellborn Road at Schehin south of College Station. It was determined his blood alcohol level was .25, more than three times the legal limit. A ten year sentence marks the second time Mogg is going to prison for that offense.

And a College Station who was out on bond after being arrested in February for his second DWI has admitted to being under the influence of PCP while driving in June with his seven year old child in the car. 40 year old Edward Jenkins, who was arrested after he was involved in a minor crash, was sentenced to four years due to his criminal history. Online court records don’t show Jenkins has been indicted from his DWI arrest in February.

Update: Jenkins pleaded guilty to the February DWI and was sentenced to ten days, to be served at the same time as the June DWI.
