Brazos County DA’s Office Announces Plea Agreements

An east Texas man arrested in Brazos County last July 4th has been sentenced an eighth time for drunk driving. 57 year old Seturnino Bosquez of Hudson…near Lufkin…entered a plea agreement that includes his third trip to prison. The 25 year sentence follows his release from convictions in 2007 and 2011. According to the Brazos County District Attorney’s office, Bosquez’s history of DWI’s go back to 1978.

The DA’s office also announced plea agreements in two criminal cases from Bryan last year.

A Bryan man who authorities described as a drug dealer was sentenced to 25 years after police found $50,000 dollars of methamphetamine in his home. 38 year old Ricky Conchola was also in illegal possession of two rifles due to a criminal history that included past drug convictions.

And 26 year old Cedric Henderson of Hearne admitted to trying to fire a handgun that malfunctioned during a disturbance last May. He was sentenced to 20 years for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
