Another round of domestic violence charges keeps a Bryan man in jail in lieu of bonds totaling $750,000 dollars.

32 year old Adrian Ray Hernandez was arrested by College Station police Saturday night (January 31) on charges of breaking into the victim’s residence with the intent to commit a felony, violating a protection order with two or more convictions in the last 12 months, and stabbing the victim in the stomach.

At the time of this arrest, Brazos County district court records show Hernandez and prosecutors made a plea agreement in July 2025 where he was placed on five years probation after pleading guilty to another felony charge of violating a protection order two or more times that took place in January 2025. During the same court appearance, he pleaded guilty to misdemeanor family assault that took place in September 2023 and was sentenced to four days in the county jail. And he pleaded no contest to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and that charge from June of 2022 was dismissed.

After the July 2025 court appearance, which included a lifetime protection order, the CSPD arrest report says Hernandez violated that order in Bryan in September and October 2025.
