One of three Bryan men awaiting trial on murder charges from a shooting that took place in April 2016 is back in jail after having his bond revoked.

28 year old Robert Jones Jr. of Bryan returned to jail a month after a judge granted the request from the Brazos County district attorney’s office.

According to the DA’s motion, that’s after Jones was arrested in March for striking and dragging a woman, and there was evidence Jones consumed alcohol.

Jones and two co-defendants were indicted on charges of killing Luis Ibarra during an armed robbery.

No trial dates have been set for any of the men.
