Blinn College revenue has not decreased as much this fall semester has originally forecasted.

That’s among the takeaways given by chancellor Mary Hensley during the October board of trustees meeting.

Dr. Hensley told trustees revenue compared with last year was projected to be down 20 percent. She reported revenue was off ten percent.

The trustees monthly financial report did not include Blinn students who began four and eight week classes on October 19th.

And registration continues for Blinn’s four week session that begins November 16th.

Blinn’s October trustees meeting did not include an enrollment update for the fall semester. This is the first fall term that Blinn offered a combination of classes lasting from four weeks through the entire semester.
