Future Blinn College construction projects of up to $3 million dollars will be part of a first ever capital improvements plan.
Vice chancellor Karen Buck says the new C-I-P, which was approved at this month’s board of trustees meeting, will apply to an upcoming project on Bryan’s Villa Maria campus.
Blinn’s process, which Buck says mirrors what is done at Texas A&M, allows administrators to select companies from the pool.
