B/CS Chamber of Commerce Annual Banquet

More than 400 heard the latest as well as the development of the Texas A&M Health Science Center’s Center for Innovation in Advance Development and Manufacturing.

Dr. Gerald Parker Jr., who is responsible for the day to day operations, was the featured speaker at Monday night’s B/CS Chamber of Commerce annual banquet.

The audience also received a review of the chamber’s last 12 months from departing chairman Glen Brewer of American Momentum Bank.

 

Looking to the chamber’s year ahead was incoming chairman Rich White of the Villa Maria H-E-B store.

 

The chamber’s Ambassador of the year is J. Paul Teel, Volunteer of the Year is Scott Simpson, and Citizens of the Year are Brenda and Randy Sims.

 

 

 

The banquet also included the Pledge of Allegiance, which was recited following a history of the pledge from Don Barber.
