Astros Rolls Past Red Sox; Rockies Walk-off Against Rangers

Jose Altuve homered and Luis Garcia threw a career-high seven innings as the Houston Astros bested the Boston Red Sox Tuesday night, 5-1.

Garcia allowed just one run on five hits while striking out six.

Framber Valdez will look to get it done for the ‘Stros Wednesday night as he makes his return from the IL.

Out in Colorado, Ryan McMahon scored on a Brett Martin wild pitch in the 11th and the Rockies walked off against the Rangers, 3-2.

Texas had its chances, but went 0-for-6 with runners in scoring position.

They’ll look to get off the schneid tonight when they visit the Colorado again at 7:40.
