A College Station man is accused of slapping then throwing an 11 month old child into a bathtub. 31 year old Ricardo Delgado Jr. is out of jail after posting bond following his arrest by Bryan police. According to the arrest report, the child was treated at a local hospital for multiple bruises to the face. The child’s mother said that followed an argument she had with Delgado.
Bryan police responded to a report from the branch manager of a local bank who tailing a car after one of the passengers just cashed a 19 hundred dollar forged check. After the car was stopped, officers wound up making three arrests. 54 year old Robert Brison of the Houston suburb of Galena Park was charged with the forgery. The driver…also from Houston…was arrested for providing a fake drivers license and failing to appear in College Station municipal court for a case from four years ago. Another passenger, from Georgia, was arrested on a warrant from Montgomery County on a charge of engaging in organized criminal activity. The money from the forged check was recovered and returned to the bank.
