Arrests For Stealing Medical Equipment, Marijuana In A Safe, And More Than A Shoplifting

A parent who wanted their adult son removed from their home led to the arrest of a College Station man on charges of stealing $7,200 dollars of medical equipment and narcotics. According to the arrest report from College Station police, 21 year old Michael Norman admitted to taking the equipment and the drugs from a vehicle owned by Central Texas ENT that was parked on Allison Avenue by breaking the passenger window with a rock.

College Station police executing a search warrant near Windwood Park led to the discovery of a safe containing more than two pounds of what the arrest report described as “high grade” marijuana. that led to the arrest of one of two occupants of the home on Horseshoe Drive, 20 year old Matthew Tuso. The street value of the marijuana was estimated at $6,400 dollars.

A shoplifter caught by a security guard at the J.C. Penney store was arrested on additional charges. College Station police report 52 year old Julie Ann Dominguez Soliz had marijuana in her purse along with a bag containing $393 dollars of jewelry, a children’s dress, women’s socks. And Soliz was wanted by Bryan police on four arrest warrants, including theft and not having a drivers license.
