Arrests In Two Domestic Violence Cases And Ex-Employee Assaulting Ex-Boss

College Station police responding Monday to a pair of domestic disturbances at apartments two blocks from each other on Southwest Parkway resulted in arrests.

One woman was taken to the hospital for treatment of a broken nose after what a witness told 9-1-1 that the victim’s former boyfriend was “beating the crap out of her.” According to the arrest report, the victim said she was struck 20 times in the face and once in the back. That’s after the ex kicked in the locked front door. 25 year old Semaj Green of College Station is out of jail after posting a $20,000 dollar bond on a charge of burglary of a habitation.

Another woman tells CSPD she was driving her boyfriend home after getting food when he became upset at how fast she was going. According to the arrest report, the man pulled her ponytail eight times. During that, he slammed her face off the steering wheel. She said she did not fight back for fear of further violence because he was highly intoxicated and her five year old autistic child was in the back seat. The man is also accused of taking her cell phone, causing the woman to go to the apartment office to call 9-1-1. 22 year old Trevius Webb-Lewis is in jail on bonds totaling $15,000 dollars on charges of family violence assault causing injury, giving a false name, resisting arrest, and public intoxication.

A woman making a Brazos County court appearance Tuesday in one assault case is arrested for another assault. 29 year old Jasmine Robertson of Bryan spent the night in jail before being released on a $4,000 dollar bond on a charge of assault causing bodily injury. The new charge accuses her of repeatedly punching her former boss in the head last June, on what turned out to be Robertson’s last day working at a hair salon in Post Oak Mall. Robertson was in court Tuesday for an appearance on pending misdemeanor charges of family violence assault and resisting arrest. That case stems from an incident last April. According to online records, her next court appearance in that case is in January 2020.
