Arrests For Violating Probation Following Third DWI Conviction And 31st Visit To Jail Is For Driving Without A License

A College Station man who admitted to his third drunk driving conviction in 2016 is accused of violating multiple conditions of his probation agreement. 47 year old Paul Brenner was given community supervision instead of a ten year prison sentence. The three year probation agreement was scheduled to end this Sunday. Earlier this month, the district attorney’s office accuses Brenner over the last three years of altering 15 urine tests and consuming alcohol 11 times. Brenner is out of jail after posting a $20,000 dollar bond.

The 31st time that a 27 year old Bryan man is in the Brazos County jail, is for driving without a license with prior convictions. Marcellious McGee was also arrested for violations in an unidentified civil case. According to online records, the holds against him in the civil case were released at the same time he posted a $2,000 dollar bond on his latest arrest by Bryan police. Online records also show he was released in April after serving 30 days of a 90 day sentence after pleading guilty to five misdemeanor crimes over the last two years. There were four counts of marijuana possession and admitting to driving without a license.
