Arrests For Stealing Guns And Repeated Misdemeanor Thefts

Two local women are in jail after their arrests last Friday on charges of stealing guns. According to the arrest report from Bryan police, their investigation began May eighth following a DPS traffic stop when 21 year old Azaria Boxley of College Station and 25 year old Quandrisha Irvin of Bryan were arrested for unlawfully carrying a weapon and drug manufacturing and delivery. According to the arrest report, information from the women’s cell phones linked the women to two other guns that were reported stolen in College Station and their sale to a third person in the parking lot of a local restaurant. One of the stolen guns was taken out of a truck and the other from a home.

A Bryan man arrested by Bryan police Friday night for at the H-E-B on North Texas marks his fifth arrest since March and his 23rd time in the Brazos County jail in ten years. According to the arrest report, 27 year old Rommy Jackson was convicted of misdemeanor theft four times in April. Jackson was caught running away from the store with about $31 dollars in body wash and laundry products.
