Arrests For ATM Burglary, Improper Photography, And Pot On A Blinn Campus

A Bryan man is accused of breaking into an ATM machine. 32 year old Keith Paul Richards Jr. was arrested by Bryan police following an alarm at four in the morning on Tuesday from the ATM in the parking lot of Compass Bank on Briarcrest near Villa Maria. According to the arrest report, one of four officers who responded heard a banging sound from inside the ATM. Richards is accused of walking out of the ATM then running away. He was caught by other officers near Briarcrest and Memorial Drive. No money was taken from the ATM, but Richards is accused of damaging an air conditioning unit, which is how he got inside. In August 2017, Richards was found not guilty by a Brazos County district court jury of taking between $2,500 and $30,000 in November 2015 from a restaurant at Texas A&M operated by Levy Restaurants.

College Station police arrested a Pearland man this week on charges of taking two intimate photos of a woman without her permission, then posting the photos on Snapchat. According to the CSPD arrest report, the victim told officers 19 year old Tyler Mayer took the photos while she was asleep last October.
