News release from College Station police:
On July 9th, 2015 around 2:50 PM officers with the College Station Police Department responded to the Post Oak Mall, outside of the women’s Dillard’s store for an aggravated robbery.
Upon arrival officers discovered that the victim was walking on the side walk just outside the entrance of Dillard’s when a tan mid-sized vehicle that was occupied by three to four black males drove past him then came to a stop.
At that time two black males exited the vehicle; one of them had a handgun and pointed it at the victim. The suspects ordered the victim to drop all his money, which he did.
The males picked up the money and got back into the tan car as the victim ran inside Dillard’s.
The suspect vehicle was last seen leaving the parking lot of Post Oak Mall toward Harvey Road.
The two black males were described as tall, thin build, possibly in their late teens to early twenties.
The investigation into this offense has been turned over to the Criminal Investigations Division of the College Station Police Department.
