The BPD arrest report says the intruder was struck in the ribs with an aluminum bat by the victim. The intruder was treated in a local emergency room for cuts when he attempted to walk through the broken window and after he was hit with the bat. Then he was taken to jail on charges of criminal mischief, public intoxication, and a warrant in an unrelated incident. 23 year old Ciro Montero-Montero of Bryan remains in jail as of November 1 on his second hold for immigration authorities in as many years and in lieu of bonds on the other charges totaling $6,000 dollars.

A College Station man who spent 59 days in jail this summer after admitting to a misdemeanor assault that took place in May, has returned to jail on a new assault charge. The arrest report from College Station police says 33 year old Ronnie Renard Williams pushed to the sidewalk, a 76 year old man who was walking his dog in Bee Creek Park. While the victim was still on the ground, Williams punched the victim numerous times in the back of the head. College Station police arrest a Fort Bend County man for saying he was an officer for the police department at Texas Southern University. The CSPD arrest report says 43 year old Abideen Bello, who was stopped for driving a pickup with outdated registration, convinced the CSPD officer to let him go with a verbal warning. That was after the driver showed numerous documents on his phone. Then the CSPD officer contacted Texas Southern and learned Bello was fired. The arrest report also said Bello had a “slim chance he would get hired on at any police agency”. 40 minutes after the first traffic stop, the CSPD officer found Bello again and took him jail on a misdemeanor charge of providing a false identification as a police officer. Bello is out of jail after posting a $3,000 dollar bond.
