A&M Athletics’12th Man Productions Wins “Best Series in Collegiate Athletic Departments”

ATLANTA Texas A&M Athletics’12th Man Productions was awarded the top award on Wednesday at a sports video symposium in Atlanta for their video series produced last summer titled “Welcome to the SEC”.

The series won the category “Best Series in Collegiate Athletic Departments” as part of the College Sports Video Awards presented by Sports Video Group (SVG).  The series focused on the transition of Texas A&M to the Southeastern Conference highlighting the Aggies rich traditions, school spirit, along with its athletic success featuring A&M coaches, teams, and players.

The Aggies won top honors competing against other finalists including the University of Mississippi, University of Minnesota, Penn State and the University of Illinois.  The SVG organization supports the sports video professional community and hosts an annual symposium at which the awards ceremony is held to honor the best in sports video productions. 12th Man Productions producers Charlene Callaway, Cade Key and Brandon Law were on hand to accept the award on behalf of the Aggies.
