A quarterfinalist in last year’s America’s Got Talent television show spent about five hours in the Brazos County jail Sunday morning.

21 year old Eric Nikoladies of Austin argued with College Station police at his girlfriend’s apartment during a loud party.

According to the arrest report, Nikoladies first identified himself as the apartment resident.

After officers learned it was the girlfriend’s apartment, Nikoladies is accused of yelling the officers had no right to be there.

Then he is accused of attempting to bite the leg of one of the officers, and it took four officers to get him outside.

Nikoladies, who was arrested for interfering with public duties and resisting arrest, is out of jail after posting bonds totaling $8,000.
