Aggravated Robbery of Bryan Phone Store

Bryan Police are searching for a man who robbed a Bryan phone store Monday night.

Officer Kelley McKethan says the man, whose face was covered, brandished a weapon and escaped with an undisclosed amount of cash on foot from the Mobile Zone USA on South Texas Avenue.

McKethan says he is described as a short male, 5’3″ to 5’5″, and his race is unknown.

She says two customers were okay, but a a clerk received minor injuries that did not require medical attention.

On Monday, November 4, 2013 at 6:30 PM a male entered the Mobile Zone USA located at 1402 S. Texas Ave. with a firearm and demanded money.
The suspect was described as a short male approximately 5’03 to 5’05 wearing a dark jacket and undershirt, light colored pants and had his face covered.
The suspect took an undisclosed amount of money and fled on foot.
There were two customers in the store during the incident.
The clerk received a minor injury that did not require medical attention.
