COLLEGE STATION, Texas – The Texas A&M Aggies travel to Fort Worth to play the TCU Horned Frog in an NCAA Division I Championship first round match Saturday, November 12 at Garvey-Rosenthal Soccer Stadium. First kick is slated for 7 p.m.
Texas A&M received an at-large bid to the NCAA Championship, keeping their tournament streak alive at 22 consecutive years. The Aggies are one of five teams to make it to every NCAA Tournament since 1995. The other schools include North Carolina (1982-2016), Notre Dame (1993-2016), Virginia (1994-2016) and Penn State (1995-2016). Texas A&M head coach G Guerrieri and North Carolina’s Anson Dorrance are the only two head coaches to appear in every NCAA Tournament since 1995.
The Aggies are 11-8-1 on the season and advanced to the SEC Tournament quarterfinal match, dropping a 2-1 decision to No. 2 South Carolina. Texas A&M finished tied for sixth in the SEC with a 5-5-1 league ledger.
TCU is 12-6-2 overall on the season and finished 2-5-1 in the Big 12 Conference. The Horned Frogs have won four of their last five contests with the only loss coming in overtime against No. 1 West Virginia.

The Aggies own a 10-0 edge in the all-time series against TCU. The last meeting came in August 2005 with Texas A&M notching a 4-0 victory in Fort Worth.
