The rabbi who directs the Texas A&M Jewish Student Center posts on social media that his son, who was shot last month in a terrorist attack in Australia, is out of the hospital.

Yossi Lazaroff has several videos on his X/Twitter account @AggieRabbi about what his son Leibel has done since his release after a five week hospitalization that included 11 surgeries.

The videos includes playing piano at a memorial service at the Sydney Opera House where he was given a standing ovation. That performance was four hours after he was released from the hospital.

Another video shows Leibel Lazaroff at the location where he was shot on Bondi Beach.
