For the third time in four weeks and the fourth time this year, a College Station man is in the Brazos County jail.

19 year old William Curtis was booked Thursday on a College Station arrest warrant for misdemeanor theft.

According to the CSPD arrest report, Curtis was one of three men seen on video entering a pawn store and selling a stolen X-Box and a stolen television.

Curtis is also accused of selling dozens of electronic items in the last year to local businesses that buy secondhand goods…which the reporting officer wrote is an action that is consistent with that of a burglar.

At the time of his latest arrest, Curtis was out on bond from an arrest two weeks ago for misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

According to online records, Curtis was arrested by CSPD in July for misdemeanor theft.

And the week after Thanksgiving, Curtis served seven days in jail for two theft cases.
