A Bryan man’s 14th trip to jail since April 2023 comes after a College Station police officer sees him run two stop signs in the Northgate district about 30 minutes after the bars closed Friday morning (November 22).

The CSPD arrest report also says the officer estimated the car going at least 50 miles per hour.

20 year old Frederick Hall III, who the officer wrote is a frequent visitor to Northgate, spent a short time in jail before posting bond totaling $4,000 dollars on charges of reckless driving and driving with an invalid license with prior convictions.

Online court records shows Hall is awaiting six trials on misdemeanor charges. Three trials are for driving with an invalid license with prior convictions that took place in August and October 2024, two are for failing to identify himself to police in April and June of 2024, and one is for not having insurance in May 2024.
