Volunteers are still needed for the Special Olympics of Texas “Fall Classic” event in Bryan/College Station this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
Director of Volunteer Services Judy Yoshimaru says there will be 1,500 athletes and as many coaches and parents in the twin cities at multiple venues.
In addition to volunteer opportunities, you’re invited to watch and cheer on the athletes during competition as well as attend the the opening ceremonies Friday at 7 p.m. at A&M Consolidated High School’s Tigerland Stadium.
