Bryan Council Considering Feral Cat Control Program

The Bryan city council is looking into allowing volunteers to trap, neuter, vaccinate, and release feral cats.

Supporters include Lance Parr, the president of the Brazos Pets Animal Welfare Society, and a member of the Bryan Animal Center board of directors.

City staff told the council they would look at what other cities are doing, with the goal of bringing a formal proposal for consideration at the council’s meeting on July 28.
