62 year old Dennis Fraley of Wixon Valley turned himself in Thursday then was released from jail after posting a $50,000 bond.
Sheriff Chris Kirk says the investigation began last August when the mother of the 35 year old victim reported she was concerned about her daughter, who has an IQ of 58.
The victim had worked for Fraley and included spending time alone with him.
The victim was interviewed and assessed at Scotty’s House Child Advocacy Center. The sheriff says it was determined the victim had “limited protective awareness to the motives of others and is very trusting and somewhat naive.”
Fraley is awaiting trial following two arrests last year, charging him with possessing 58 photos of two girls under the age of 17 that are considered to be child pornography and having sexual contact with one of the girls.
