A local businessman has been arrested on charges of possessing with intent to deliver methamphetamine and possession of marijuana.
That followed the execution of a search warrant by Bryan and College Station police officers Friday morning in the Northgate district.
According to the arrest report, 39 year old Christos Dallis admitted to being a meth dealer and user.
Police report during a search of the residence, Dallis showed officers where to find 1.4 grams of meth and 46.7 grams of marijuana. Officers also collected a scale, baggies, and pipes.
As of Saturday morning, Dallis was still held in the Brazos County Jail in lieu of bonds totaling $9,000.
The arrest report also indicated in February, Dallis was charged in Hill County with manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance.
