A&M Swimming and Diving at NCAA’s in Austin

AUSTIN, Texas — The Texas A&M men’s swimming and diving team will be seeking its 19th straight top 15 national finish at the 2014 NCAA Championships Thursday through Saturday at the University of Texas.  

The Aggies will be taking nine swimmers to NCAA meet, which is being contested at the Jamail-Texas Swim Center. Representing Texas A&M at the NCAA Championships are: seniors Simon Frank, Henrik Lindau, Paul-Marc Schweitzer and Kyle Troskot, junior Luke Shaw and sophomores Cory Bolleter and Mateo Muzek.

Swimming prelims get started at 11 a.m. each day while the finals begin at 7 p.m. Live results are available at TexasSports.com and live streaming video for every swimming session will be available at TexasSports.com or WatchESPN.com.

Record-breaking streak

·         The Texas A&M men’s swimming and diving team is one of just a handful of teams in the nation that finished in top 25 at the NCAA Championships every season since 1996. The other teams are: Arizona, Arizona State, Auburn, California, Georgia, Michigan, Minnesota, Stanford, Tennessee and Texas.

·         The Aggie men’s streak of 18 straight top 25 NCAA finishes is an all-sport record at Texas A&M.
