For more than four years that a local woman has been stalked and threatened.

The latest punishment for a former College Station man includes 24 hour monitoring and no unsupervised use of the Internet.

In January, 25 year old Justin Pressler of Houston was released from six months in prison and was given six years probation from a ten year sentence for stalking and breaking into the woman’s home and threatening her.

Assistant Brazos County District Attorney Jessica Escue says Pressler contacted the victim through her Facebook page.

That led to Pressler’s arrest for a probation violation.

After spending six days in jail, a judge allowed Pressler to be released on the conditions he wear an GPS ankle monitor for a year, he can’t have a cell phone with Internet access, and for the next two years he has to be supervised when he is online.

Escue says Pressler was also warned if he contacted the victim again the judge would be asked to return him to prison.
