ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) _ Matt Flynn threw four touchdown passes in the second
half, Eddie Lacy had the winning score on a 1-yard plunge and the Green Bay
Packers matched the biggest comeback in franchise history, rallying from 23
points down at halftime to beat the Dallas Cowboys 37-36 yesterday. Tony Romo
had two interceptions in the final 3 minutes, the first one giving Green Bay a
chance for the go-ahead score with the Cowboys in position to run out the clock
with a 36-31 lead. The Cowboys (7-7) stayed a game behind Philadelphia in the
NFC East.
INDIANAPOLIS (AP) _ Andrew Luck threw two touchdown passes, and Robert Mathis
broke the Colts’ single-season and career sacks records by forcing a second-half
safety to lead Indianapolis past reeling Houston 25-3 yesterday. For Houston
(2-12), the outcome looked all too familiar. Indy took a 20-3 halftime lead,
aided by two interceptions by Case Keenum and too many penalties. Keenum also
was stripped of the ball by Mathis in the end zone, which led to the safety.
Keenum was 18 of 34 for 168 yards.
