THE NAVASOTA RIVER NEAR NORMANGEE AT 1000 AM SATURDAY THE STAGE WAS 19.1 FEET
MODERATE FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MODERATE FLOODING IS FORECAST.
FLOODING STAGE IS 15.0 FEET.
FORECAST…THE RIVER WILL CONTINUE RISING TO NEAR 19.4 FEET THIS AFTERNOON.
THE RIVER WILL FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE TUESDAY MORNING.
AT 20.0 FEET…MAJOR LOWLAND FLOODING BEGINS WITH MASSIVE INUNDATION OF THE FLOOD PLAIN AS THE RIVER IS CLOSE TO 2 MILES WIDE.
OSR BECOMES INUNDATED ONE HALF MILE ON THE RIGHT BANK AND 1.5 MILES ON THE LEFT BANK.

AT 0900 AM FRIDAY THE STAGE WAS 10.9 FEET.
MODERATE FLOODING IS FORECAST.
FLOOD STAGE IS 15.0 FEET
FORECAST…RISE ABOVE FLOOD STAGE BY AFTER MIDNIGHT TOMORROW (Saturday 11/2) AND CONTINUE TO RISE TO NEAR 20 FEET BY EARLY AFTERNOON SATURDAY.
