Testimony Continues in Thuesen Trial

As the prosecution continues to chip away at the large witness pool, the events of March 6th begin to unfold. The prosecution presented a list of more than two-hundred potential “fact” witnesses Monday. Based on how the defense presents its case, the State said any and all could be called. Both sides will also have “expert” witnesses.

The prosecution called a pair of emergency personnel and an investigator to testify Tuesday. Liza Phillips was the lead crime scene investigator for the College Station Police Department. She testifies fifteen bullets were found at the scene. Phillips says six of those were casings.

Due to the length of questioning, the prosecution has yet to play the 9-1-1 tape to the courtroom.
