The Cowboys’ got of the snide…but just barley…Tony Romo knows how to win a close game, something…Cam Newton and the Panthers still haven’t figured out. Romo led the Cowboys into field-goal range and Dan Bailey converted a 28-yarder with 3:25 remaining to lift the Dallas Cowboys to a 19-14 win on Sunday.

The Houston Texans got back to business in the AFC. Matt Schaub threw two touchdown passes, Arian Foster ran for two more and the Texans dominated Baltimore Ravens 43-13.

Ryan Vogelsong struck out a career-best nine in another postseason gem and the San Francisco Giants dodged another bullet in the NL championship series with a 6-1 victory over the St. Louis. Matt Cain will go for the Giants against Kyle Lohse tonight. Lohse won their Game 3 matchup. Winner play’s Detroit in the World Series

 The No. 9 Texas A&M wins in double-overtime 1-0 over the Georgia Bulldogs at Ellis Field on Sunday afternoon.

 Texas A&M ran No. 11 Florida  to the full 5 sets Sunday at Reed, falling to 25-14, 27-25, 23-25, 23-25, 15-6.

 Texas A&M sophomore golfer Ty Dunlap shot a one-under par 71 Sunday during final round of the U.S. Collegiate Championship to end the event in a tie for 13th place.  As a team, the Aggies  finished in 14th place at the Golf Club of Georgia’s Lakeside Course
