A College Station man has been arrested for leaving the scene of an accident that left a bicyclist with severe injuries.
Officer Phil Dorsett says 22 year old Nicholas Tilley is accused of driving a SUV that struck the cyclist in a crosswalk at Texas and New Main Tuesday night.
The unidentified cyclist was taken to the hospital with severe injuries. Police did not have an updated condition on Friday.
Tilley posted bond shortly after turning himself in Friday at the Brazos County Jail. He was also arrested for marijuana possession.
Phil Dorsett visits with WTAW’s Bill Oliver.
