Later this year, Texas A&M University officials will determine what to do about the site of future home football games.

CVB Chairman Hunter Goodwin says the consultant compares the loss of Kyle Field games to the hit gulf beaches took following the 2010 oil spill.
Goodwin says the decision makers ” if you’re in the position of making the ultimate decision on what happens, I think you take people a lot more serious that come to you with good relevant facts and good relevant data produced by an internationally respected people versus emotion, anger, sadness, (and) fear.”
Goodwin says their study will be completed in time to present to A&M before a final decision is made on the future of Kyle Field.
