Just over a year from now, Texas A&M University’s presence will have a bigger presence in Houston.
The Board of Regents approved President Bowen Loftin’s request to occupy space yet to be built in the high visibility area of Interstate 10 and Beltway 8.
Dr. Loftin says the suburban location of the Mays Business School has been in The Woodlands.

There’s an initial build out cost of just over $1 million dollars and rent starts at almost $800,000 a year.
The ten year lease with an option for an additional five years, also requires state approval.
