Aggie women look to Kansas, not Baylor…yet.

The biggest challenge tomorrow night for the 5th ranked A&M women’s basketball team will be to stay focused on a Kansas team that doesn’t figure to bring them near the challenge that No. 1 Baylor will on Monday night.

But if the Aggies can play as well in both games as they did Wednesday night against Oklahoma, they won’t have to worry about either.

The Aggies have become a top 5 teams with talent and maturity and that maturity comes from really “taking them one game at a time” and the next game is tomorrow night with a Kansas team that did just upset Iowa State at home but is 3-7 in the Big 12 and likely has no chance at the NCAA Tournament. The Aggies on the other hand will be in the NCAA Tournament and hope to advance deep into it with probably the best team the program’s ever had.

It’s pink-out nigh to raise money and awareness for fighting breast cancer and t-shirts plus a game ticket are being sold for $10. Tip is at 7 tomorrow and you can hear it on 1150 AM the Zone. Baylor will host Texas tomorrow before the host the Aggies Monday night.
