Texas A&M Men’s Tennis at ITA Texas Regional

News release from Texas A&M Athletics:

WACO – The Texas A&M men’s tennis team heads back to the Hurd Tennis Center in Waco to take on Texas’s finest at the ITA Texas Regional from Oct. 17-22.
The ITA holds 13 regional championships across the United States. From each region, the two singles finalists and the doubles champion earn a qualifying spot in the NCAA Singles and Doubles Championship, respectively.
Aggies competing for a spot in the NCAA Championships include graduate Matthis Ross, seniors Luke Casper, Giulio Perego and JC Roddick, juniors Ethan Silva and Togan Tokac, sophomores Grant Lothringer and Tiago Pires, and redshirt freshman Ritesh Patil.
The tournament kicks off tomorrow with two rounds of qualifying singles. Qualifying doubles will kick off on Friday, Oct. 18. Main draw singles and doubles both start on Friday. The singles and doubles championships will conclude the tournament on Tuesday, Oct. 22.
