Bryan Firefighters Rescue And Resuscitate A Pup Caught In An Apartment Fire

The Bryan fire department posts on its Facebook page, a photo of an oxygen mask being used by a small dog.

Firefighter Chris Lamb says a pup was resuscitated after being rescued from an apartment fire Tuesday morning (August 27) just after three a.m.

One of three people who were displaced was transported to a hospital for evaluation.

The cause of the fire at the apartment on Finfeather Road is under investigation.

The fire started in a first floor unit and there was smoke damage to a second floor unit.

Lamb said the call came in at 3:17 a.m. The first units arrived at 3:23 a.m. The fire was declared under control at 3:26 a.m.

A total of ten Bryan fire units responded.
