A Bryan woman arrested Wednesday night (July 3) for driving with an invalid license with three prior convictions is also awaiting seven trials on the same charge.

The Bryan police arrest report says an officer pulled over a moped on Highway 21 going at a very low speed.

The moped did not have a license plate and expired registration.

The arrest report said the driver, 55 year old Alisa Starks, was convicted of not having a valid license in March 2020, December 2019, and October 2019.

Online court records say Starks is facing trials for not having a valid license in July of 2023, June 2022, April 2022, March 2022, November 2021, July 2021, and October 2020.

Starks is also awaiting four trials on drug charges that took place in May 2024, April 2022, and March and October 2020.

She is out of jail after posting a $2,000 dollar bond from her latest arrest.
