More police activity than usual took place last weekend in College Station’s Northgate neighborhood.
There was a stabbing where the suspect is still at large. The victim, a 22 year old Bryan man, was stabbed in the rear and thigh and was treated for the non-life threatening injury at a local hospital. Being sought is a white man in his early 20’s, about five foot seven, slim build and close cut blond hair, wearing a maroon firefighter t-shirt under a dark colored pullover and jeans. The stabbing was part of a fight involving several people outside Logan’s bar Saturday morning just before 1 a.m.
Between midnight and 4 a.m. Sunday, College Station Police took a report of a sexual assault in the 100 block of College Main and eight reports of criminal mischief in the 500 block of Boyett…where damage was reported to six side mirrors and two mailboxes. Suspects are still being sought in those incidents.
