Texas A&M Softball Earns No. 16 National Seed, Set to Host Bryan-College Station Regional

INDIANAPOLIS – The Texas A&M softball team earned a No. 16 national seed in the NCAA Division I Softball Tournament and is set to host the Bryan-College Station Regional beginning Friday, May 17 at Davis Diamond. It marks the 16th time to host a regional in program history and first to host at Davis Diamond since 2018.

Texas A&M (40-13) is making its 34th appearance and 22nd-straight appearance in the tournament with a 91-73 record in NCAA postseason action. The Maroon & White boast a 32-8 record when hosting regional games.

The Aggies host UAlbany Friday at 5:30 p.m. Live action can be streamed on ESPN+, while all Texas A&M softball games can be heard on the 12th Man Mobile app or locally on Gospel 97.3 with Matt Simon as the play-by-play voice in his 10th season with Aggie softball.
