The Grimes County man accused of April’s workplace shooting in Bryan that killed one and wounded five others has been indicted by a Brazos County grand jury.

Online court records shows two cases filed against 27 year old Larry Bollin.

One case against the Iola man charges him with murdering a co-worker at the Kent Moore Cabinets facility. The other charges him with five counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

A court appointed lawyer has been named to represent Bollin, who remains in the Brazos County jail in lieu of bonds totaling $3.2 million dollars.
