One woman has been arrested and a second is accused of intentionally bouncing checks totaling $2,623.67.
According to the arrest report from the Brazos County district attorney’s office, 36 year old Ashley Nicole Wilson of Bryan wrote four checks from her account to the second woman, which she cashed at various branches of her bank around Bryan/College Station.
Investigators from the D-A’s office and Bryan police have been involved with this case since last August.
Wilson, who was arrested March 25, was released from jail the next day after posting a $20,000 dollar bond.
