Texas Education Agency Announces Public School Districts Will Decide Mask Wearing Policies When The Governor’s New Executive Order Starts

The Texas Education Agency (TEA) announces mask wearing requirements in public schools after the governor’s new executive order starts next Wednesday will be the decision of local school boards.

Spokesmen at Bryan and College Station ISD tell WTAW News they are taking the state’s announcement into consideration.

Another TEA announcement is that educators and school support staff are now eligible for pandemic vaccinations.

And public school districts have been updated on the state’s requirements to clean buildings.
