A Bryan man on probation after pleading guilty to two drunk driving charges is back in jail on another DWI charge.

Bryan police received a citizen’s report of a man in a pickup truck drive away from Midtown Park after kicking a security fence that had been torn down.

Officers who found a license plate at the park traced the truck to the driver’s home.

According to the arrest report, 30 year old Dennis Molchak Jr. told officers he lost control after another vehicle swerved in front of him.

After failing field sobriety tests, Molchak was arrested for DWI with three prior convictions.

Molchak, who was booked on Monday, was still in jail Friday in lieu of a $25,000 dollar bond.
