A Bryan man is returning to prison after admitting to drunk driving with four prior DWI convictions. The Brazos County district attorney’s office announced a ten year sentence for 54 year old Andres Carrizales-Morin. Prosecutors credited a citizen’s report to College Station police in May of 2018. According to the CSPD arrest report, an officer saw Morin’s vehicle in the Northgate district, swerving back and fourth across all three lanes of University. The D-A’s office announced Morin’s blood alcohol level was almost two and a half times the legal limit at .194. According to online court records, since 1992 Morin has served DWI sentences one other time in prison and twice in the Brazos County jail.

A Bryan man is headed to prison after pleading guilty to violating a protection order twice within a 12 month period. According to the Brazos County district attorney’s office, the 11 year sentence is due in part to Curtis Goad Jr. going to prison three prior times. The latest punishment follows Goad admitting to communicating with his wife last year. He was ordered to stay away after he was arrested in 2017 on a charge of assaulting her, a charge that was dismissed last October.
