Malfunctioning HVAC Leads To An Early End To Wednesday’s School Day At Consolidated High School

The school day on Wednesday ended early at Consolidated High School.

College Station firefighters responded around 3:30 p.m. to the report of smoke inside a classroom.

Students and employees were evacuated.

The source of the smoke was a malfunctioning heating/air conditioning unit.

No one was hurt and there was no damage to the building.
