Two Arrests After A Stranger Enters A College Station Home At 3:45 a.m.

College Station police made two arrests last weekend after a stranger entered the home of an elderly couple.

According to the CSPD arrest report, 24 year old Wiliam Bueso of Houston entered through an unlocked front door around a quarter of four on Saturday morning.

He told officers he thought he was at the home of a woman he met at a local bar.

When he entered the victim’s bedroom, he was told to leave.

As Bueso exited, officers were waiting outside. That’s after the officers responded to a report from a newspaper delivery driver who saw two tall men dressed in all black and one of them standing in the shadows.

The victim said he had heard talking outside his home for 10 to 15 minutes before Bueso entered.

Bueso is out of jail after posting bonds following his arrest on charges of criminal trespassing and public intoxication.

The man Bueso was with, 21 year old Jonathan Patch of College Station, is out of jail after posting a bond on a drunk driving charge. According to his arrest report, breath alcohol tests measured almost twice of the legal limit at .151 and .154.
