Two More Vehicle Burglars Caught In Bryan With The Public’s Assistance

For the second time in five days, public assistance leads Bryan police to arresting two teenagers on vehicle burglary charges.

According to a BPD Facebook post, citizens reported Saturday at 3:45 a.m. seeing who turned out to be a 13 and a 16 year old trying to open car doors in the area of Mockingbird and Hickory. That’s at the west side of Henderson Park.

Officers caught the teens following a short foot chase. Stolen property was recovered that has been identified and some whose ownership is not known. Neighborhood residents are asked to contact BPD if they are missing items from their vehicles.

On Tuesday, two teens were caught and a third is being sought related to vehicle burglaries on Cottage Grove Circle, which is west of Finfeather and north of Villa Maria.
